So, right before I left for the Founder's Circle Trip, I got an email from Erika Martin (stampinmama.com). Erika & I are old friends and our paths have crossed over & over. We are sidelines, have swapped with each other, have been cruising together, and most recently we talk once a week through John Sanpietro, our business coach. The very first time I met Erika was March of 2003. She spoke at an event my upline ran, about scrapbooking. At that point in my life, scrapbooking was a very intiminating hobby that I had yet to delve into. But after that day, and several speakers, I decided it was time to give it a try.
So now, here we are in September of 2008, and Erika emailed me and asked me if I would be a part of a design team for her online course, the Soulology project. (At first I thought maybe she emailed the wrong person, but she assured me she did not.) So I am honored and excited to create pages for a scrapbook all about me. The workbook Erika has prepared has really made me think, so if any of you are interested in a little personal soul searching & reflection in the form of scrapboking, I'd encourage you to give this a try. I don't think you will be sorry (plus the other artists she selected are fabulous!!)
