National Scrapbooking Day - A Great Success

We had so much fun yesterday at our National Scrapbooking Day Crop & Event!!  There were games, a tiara, prizes, make & takes, shopping, cropping, food, music, and lots of fun!!!  I took a few pictures and thought I would share them with you!!

Here is a shot of the make & take area (in the foreground) and the cropping space in the background.  Everyone had LOTS of room!!!

Here is a close up of the middle of my table.  I had some Decor Elements on display as well at the National Scrapbooking Month Promotion and several samples from my Technique Tuesday classes.

Featured Artist of the Day - Scrapbook Sketch Challenge

Today's Featured Artist is Maureen.  Maureen writes, "I didn't have enough pictures for a 2 page layout, so I only used the one side and adjusted it a bit."  Maureen is one of the artists featured in my eBook, Scrapbookers' Shortcuts.  I love her scrapbooking style - it's simple with clean lines, but has lots of creative embellishments that don't take away from the page and the photos.

Maureen also commented that she was putting her copy of Scrapbookers' Shortcuts to good use.  "I'm having fun doing some of the sketches I didn't get to do for your book.  I used it twice this weekend :)"
