Today's Featured Artist is Lynn Anne.  The stamps are by Tinkering Ink.  Lynn Anne said she especially loves the little snowman in the necktie, it reminds her of her husband and his collection of fun & funky ties.  Lynn Anne's card is based on the 12/3/2008 card sketch by Di Hickman.
