I have two prayer requests - neither affect me personally, but they both affect lots of people who are close to me.
First, the Savare & Churchwell families. Steve Savare was a fellow high school graduate of mine (a year younger) and died tragically last Sunday. He was 36. Here is a link to an article. Yes, he was doing something stupid, and yes it should have never happened, and yes he should have known better, but it doesn't take away the fact that there are family & friends (my friends) grieving for the loss of a life. What's a little more tragic about this story, is that Steve's brother Mike who graduated the same year as me, was killed in 1994. How awful for the parents and brother who remain. My thoughts and prayers are with you Savares & Churchwells!! Steve, may you rest in peace with Mike.
Secondly, the Gangi family. The Gangis are good friends of ours from Randolph, and their brother had a skateboarding accident last Saturday (the day after Christmas). He has head/brain trauma, but with the help of prayer, he is improving every single day. If you are on Facebook, you can join his prayer page: Please Pray for Rob Gangi. The family was amazed when reaching 100 members, now they are in the thousands!!!

I wanted to personally thank you for this...too many people are making too many assumptions without truly knowing the people involved. He is loved.
